My interest is in finding a complexity in simple abstract shapes that will call on the imagination; that will engage, excite and challenge the viewer to explore an underlying feeling or emotion that goes beyond words. My tools are strength, determination, serenity, passion, harmony, freedom, paint, colour, design, shape, pattern, line, texture, value, edges and space, repetition with variety, movement and rhythm.
